From Manhattan Subway:
Depending on your location in Manhattan, start by finding the nearest subway station. You’ll need to board either the E or F train, which head towards Queens. The E train departs from stations along the Eighth Avenue Line (A, C, E), while the F train can be caught at stations along the Sixth Avenue Line (B, D, F, M).
Ride the E or F train to Forest Hills – 71 Ave Station in Queens. This station is your transfer point for the next leg of your journey.
At Forest Hills – 71 Ave Station, transfer to either the R or M train. Both of these lines stop at this station, allowing you to continue your trip towards your destination.
Get off the R or M train at 75 Ave / Queens Blvd Station. This will be your stop where you will need to disembark to proceed to your final destination.
From the 75 Ave / Queens Blvd Station, walk southwest on Queens Blvd toward 78th Ave. Your destination, 118-35 Queens Blvd Tower, will be on your left. Within the building, locate Suite 400.
Please be aware that subway schedules and service advisories can vary, so it’s a good idea to check the current schedule before your journey. Also, factor in some extra time for walking from the subway station to your destination.
If driving:
To start your journey from Manhattan, head towards the Queensboro Bridge if you’re on the East Side, or the Midtown Tunnel if you’re on the West Side. Once you cross the bridge or go through the tunnel, you’ll enter Queens. From there, make your way towards Queens Blvd, using local streets or following signs to get there. Travel along Queens Blvd in the direction of Forest Hills, passing through various neighborhoods.
As you get closer to 118-35 Queens Blvd, keep an eye out for the building numbers. When you reach 118-35 Queens Blvd Tower, find parking if necessary, and locate Suite 400 within the building. Be aware that traffic conditions and road closures can impact your travel time, so it’s a good idea to check real-time traffic updates before you start.
